• Having over thirteen years experience as an economic development professional, Executive Director Nick Felice joined the Juniata College Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership (JCEL) in April of 2008.
  
  During his career, Nick has completed many projects and initiatives, as well as helping many entrepreneurs. He is a resource to students, faculty and clients providing information and advice concerning programs and initiatives helpful to starting, expanding and growing their business.
  
  He works closely with the board and staff to advance the mission and purpose of JCEL.

• Megan is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Sill Business Incubator, including security, access, scheduling, logistics, lease administration, bookkeeping, supervision of interns and customer service to our tenants, partners and visitors.  Additionally, she assists with marketing the Incubator’s office suites and the JCEL program through her management of our website, newsletter/e-blasts and participation in the planning and development initiatives put forth by the JCEL Board of Directors and College Management Team.
